The Labels
Labels are Supplied in Packs of 10
There are 8 PV warning stickers that make a required set, though you may require more than one of each label for an installation. Some customers have additional label requirements, which we can also supply – for example ” PV System Installed by” or “Total Generation Meter”.
The Eight Labels
1. Solar PV Module Danger – contains live parts during daylight.

2. Inverter – Isolate AC and DC before carrying out work
Suitable for all inverters regardless of manufacturer; Fronius, SMA, Diehl Ako.

3. PV Array DC Junction Box Danger – contains live parts during daylight:
this label is used to allow the parallel connection of several strings of PV modules or to enable large or armoured cables to be connected from the PV array to charge controller or inverter location so minimising voltage & power losses. Since the PV array cannot be switched off these junction boxes must be labelled

4. PV System – main AC isolator

5. Do not disconnect DC Plugs and sockets under load – turn off AC supply first

6. Solar PV Array Cable – Danger – High Voltage DC Live during daylight

7. PV Array DC Isolator Danger – contains live parts during daylight

8. Dual supply
Dual supply labelling should be provided at the service termination, meter position and all points of isolation to indicate the presence of on-site generation and indicating the position of the main a.c. switch disconnector.
9. PV Array DC Cable
The labels are supplied individually, with a minimum order quantity of 10 and can be ordered in any mix to suit your installation needs – more inverters / modules.
The labels are tear-resistant vinyl, the adhesive is permanent when applied to a smooth clean surface and they are printed with a UV resistant ink and in a finished size of 120 x 30mm.
